1. Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 days after payment is received.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods and Rates

  • We offer USPS Ground Advantage.
  • Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the order, delivery address, and chosen shipping method. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

3. Delivery Times

  • Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method and destination. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as weather or carrier delays.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to the United States only.
  • At this time, we are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

5. Perishable Products

  • For perishable items, we use packaging and shipping methods designed to maintain freshness during transit.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the package upon delivery. We are not responsible for spoilage due to delays caused by the recipient's unavailability.

6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • Use the tracking number provided to monitor your shipment's progress through the carrier’s website.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide photos of the damaged items and packaging to assist in resolving the issue promptly.

8. Delays and Exceptions

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events beyond our control, such as weather, natural disasters, or customs inspections.
