The House is founded
Keith Migra, Tyler Pigott & Megan Reneau start Big House BBQ in Ohio with homemade spices and sauces, sold at flea markets and online.
The test year
A restaurant test proves the food — and the welcome — works. So the crew builds a food truck from the ground up.
The truck rolls
Big House BBQ officially hits the road, and customers start following it from event to event.
The House grows
Big House Coffee & Sweets opens the House's morning door — same family, same welcome, brand-new truck.
